Mercedes Benz has announced that E Class facelift will be launched today on 25thJune 2013.
Mercedes won’t change the headlights, the grille, and the bumpers; the sheet metal will also be altered. The pronounced, sculpted rear fenders will be scrapped—at least on the sedan and the station wagon. The coupe and convertible might retain their current side panels, setting them somewhat apart from the four- and five-door models. This distinction would be highly appropriate, as the two sets of body styles don’t share a platform; the E-class coupe and convertible use a combination of C- and E-class underpinnings.
The Indian E-class will be offered with two engine options – the petrol and the diesel, a 2.1-litre, 204bhp motor.
